This is a great place to go for your piercings. The staff are fab and friendly and I was reassured by the excellent hygiene and after care. I would recommend Flux.

Got my second lobes done here and my experience was amazing! The staff were all super friendly and informative and explained everything so well. I particularly appreciated how much time they allowed for me to change the placement of my piercing, being a super indecisive person, Kelsey was very supportive and explained what would look best while also allowing me to decide the final placement. I’m so happy with how they turned out. Couldn’t recommend enough, thank you!
Went here on Wednesday bought two bits of jewellery one for my tragus & one fo helix the lady charged £39 i asked for her to put them in for me she said would have to come back,when i got home i realised why because they are tiny definitely too small for either piercing annoyed is a under stament daylight robbery.
I would rate 5 stars for professionalism, however after arriving to my appointment 7 minutes late (8 by the time they refused me) I’ve marked down as a 1 star due to the complete stiffness and patronising spiel I was given on how it effects their business when a customer is late. There was no empathy, no genuine response as to why I was late (things happen!) just a repeat of how it has a knock on effect. For goodness sake, GPS, nurses and dentists/so on even allow 10 mins and this place can’t allow any longer than 5? A suggestion also would be to email your customers the forms in advance that are required to be completed to perhaps allow for a 10 minute delay. Also would save on paper. I was really gutted and disappointed it was my birthday and I had geared myself up for a piercing and was told no chance. There’s a fine line between being professional and arrogant. To hold back the £15 deposit during a cost of living crisis is very harsh.
I have been coming to Flux for all my piercings for many years now. It has a relaxed atmosphere and with knowledgeable friendly staff that help keep you comfortable getting pierced. They also provide you with good understandable aftercare information.
I went for my nose piercing on Saturday and had such a great experience that I returned 3 days later to get my ear pierced. Very friendly, professional and talk through everything. 100% recommend!
