Very poor customer service today, I thought this was the best jewellers in Worthing but sadly not. Staff seemed unwilling to help and made assumptions about how much I could afford and were therefore uninterested. I needed to get a diamond replaced in my engagement ring and also resized, but when I asked for a ballpark figure the assistant implied it would be too expensive for me and suggested I just leave it! She only glanced at the ring and didn't inspect it closely. I was suprised they didn't want my business so went instead to Hinds who were so much more helpful, friendly and took a long time to help me and inspect the ring properly and they have sent it off to get an estimate for the work.

Recently had to have my wedding band made bigger. The lady who measured and served me was lovely, great asset to the business. Thank you.

Gabriella was so helpful when we visited for a birthday purchase. Good range of jewellery at different price points. We had bought there previously and were buying a matching stone. She cleaned the previous purchase stone and helped get a knot out of the chain we took in. Previous experience also really good. Attention to each customer and calm atmosphere to consider and choose.

My partner and I visited the Worthing store to buy our wedding rings. From the moment we walked in, Evelyn was warm and friendly, and she helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. It was a joy to be served by her. We picked the rings up a few weeks later and she was there again with a smile and friendly service, and boxed them up beautifully for us. We can't thank Evelyn enough!

I had such a great experience with Whibleys Jewellers. I brought in a pearl ring to be resized and they were incredibly honest about the risks involved with downsizing it, explaining that it might not be worth the chance of damaging or losing the pearl. I really appreciated their transparency and care. I also had a fire opal ring that needed resizing (from size I to L), and they did an amazing job. Not only was the resizing perfect, but they also cleaned and polished the ring…. it honestly looked brand new! I was so happy with the result and their overall service. Highly recommend for both their expertise and integrity.

Evelyn, very unfriendly member of staff! My husband has purchased a LOT of jewellery from this Jewellers considering it the best in town, not anymore! After a 2 week old chain broke i was told I have to pay £35 to have it soldered!! This should have been offered free! I Have asked other Jewellers their thoughts on this and they agreed. Plus offered to do it for £15-£20! Won't be using them again, take your business elsewhere if I were you. Snooty staff unless you are purchasing. I've exchanged a watch with them before and had something altered, they are not happy to help unless you are spending £££s

Such friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful selection of products. Would very much recommend. Purchased a watch and picture frame - great variety of both.

An old-school friend recommended the Whibley’s jewellery store located on Warwick Street in the seaside town of Worthing. At first, I wasn’t really planning on buying anything from Whibley’s and then I suddenly came across a pair of novelty cufflinks, from my top favourite cufflink brand, Deakin & Francis. I must say – I was extremely chuffed with my purchase of the Deakin & Francis cufflinks from Whibley’s and item was also at a reduced price. In my personal opinion, Whibley’s is definitely Worthing’s only upscale and luxury jewellery establishment.

Very poor customer service from Horsham and Worthing branches. Following a repair by the Worthing branch last year, my engagement ring has broken again and the diamond lost. A second opinion on the repair work done was that it wasn’t adequate and has resulted in the ring breaking again. After leaving the ring with them six weeks ago and numerous requests, I’m still waiting for the written estimate for repairs for insurance they promised to send me and I’m just met with rude and unhelpful staff. Whibleys I’m still waiting if you read your reviews!
