Tim was very nice and pleasant, I got a watch for my birthday and the bracelet on the watch was kind of funny and he sorted it out instantly..best service!
There were 20 minutes left until closing when the salesman was already closing the metal doors without taking into account that there were customers in the store. He didn't ask me if he could be of any help to me, it was clear that he was very eager to go home. I will definitely avoid that store from now on.
i went in today to exchange a necklace that was gifted to me, Tim helped me choose what to get, he acted like a personal shopper and i left with not one but five pieces of jewellery all chosen by Tim. It was a fun experience! He took the time to see what sort of jewellery i liked and noticed what i was already wearing to make sure i left with the right pieces for me. I will definitely be returning in the future for when i need another jewellery makeover.
My 14 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Jayne in the Worthing branch of Samuel’s, and I have to say we found her to be brilliant. She was calm, friendly and had great people skills, helping to reassure my slightly apprehensive daughter from start to finish. Jayne spent time & care over the service along with offering great aftercare advice. Overall the service and value for money was excellent & much appreciated. We will be back!
I visited the Worthing branch today and want to commend, Sarah and her colleagues, they provided the best customer service I have ever received in store. Sarah was very helpful and so were her colleagues, they have fantastic knowledge of their products and even managed to save me money by price matching another brand , I would not hesitate shopping here again.
Went to HS Samuel's Worthing to get our Wedding Rings from Tim - he was so helpful it was unbelievable - from style help to information about the metals he knows his stuff & is honest with it too! So wedding rings now purchased I went in to get Bridesmaid bracelets and Tim was excellent at helping pick out the right type & at a great cost! Tim the Manager was attentive and thoughtful, i chose a bracelet for my wife for her Birthday and she loved it, he could not have given better service, highly recommended.
My 8 year old and I both had our ears pierced here. Lovely choice of studs, friendly service, calm and considerate with my daughter and great value for money. We will definitely be back again for future ear piercing. Highly recommend.
The gentleman working in the store was very quick to assist me in purchasing the items I saw in the window, as I had to have the display items he polished them up and noticed a couple of marks on the items to which he added a discount. He was very friendly and informative and told me about other services they provide which I could take advantage of. He also gave me ideas to pass onto my fiancée for bridesmaids gifts. And to top it off he gave me some good advice on which rum I could drink as it came up in conversation. I left very satisfied! Thank you H Samual are lucky to have you:)
