   I had a awful experience with one of the lady’s working there I had brought a bracelet and was to small so I went to get a bigger size as I was trying on she was looking incredible annoyed I started to put charms on cause I got my size and the bracelet broke in the shop I have never had this problem as have other charm bracelets that have lasted 8 years so we showed her and she refused to change it saying it’s not her problem and that we should just glue the bracelet that was 69 pound even tho it was a manufacturing problem we left then I came back to get it resolved finally she did actually change it after being incredibly rude and as I was walking out the door she says if it brakes again I won’t do anything and exchange it I have never seen worse customer service in my life and she left me in tears

   Happy purchase i had the other day at the shop. I was buying for my sister in law, i never had pandora but it was a girl called Irena who helped finding the best item for her. Very happy with all the staff and will always come back for more jellewery

   Visited on the weekend and was served by a lady, called Irene. Even though there was a queue, she was patient and so helpful while I decided what I wanted. It was a nice change to be able to take my time and get my purchase right. Will definitely return next time I’m in Worthing.

   Being a man and having no idea what to buy some family members I found myself in Pandora Worthing. Still having no clue what to buy a staff member asked me if I needed any help. I accepted the help and it was probably the best decision I made that day. After a brief explanation of what I maybe looking for (Irene) absolutely went out of her way with ideas and showing me many products. I’m only writing this review because I was overwhelmed with Irene’s knowledge on the products and she had like a built in super power to know exactly what styles would suit my needs. She also made it a pleasant shopping experience and for a man that hates shops and shopping I feel that’s a big thing. I have returned to the shop several times and every time Irene nails it for me. Thank you

   Went into the Worthing branch today to spend at least £400 on a charm bracelet for my partners mothers Xmas present while we had waited for over 15 mins to get a look at the charms we finally got to have a look .. when a shop assistant told us to move out the way so another customer could look at the bracelets, she spoke to us in a rude and arrogant manner , because she was so desperate to sell a £40 charm to someone who didn’t want it in the end … ended up spending money somewhere else
