   Georgie at Integrity Mortgages was really helpful to me as a first time buyer. I also disclosed I am neurodivergent and some of the difficulties that this carries with regards to interpreting some things and my heightened anxiety during this whole process. I asked many questions, even possibly very silly ones and she was always happy to answer and explain things via email or phone if needed for reasurrance. I don't think any brokers would advertise themselves as "neurodivergent friendly" becuase it's probbaly not a thing a lot of people think about but, honestly if you are neurodivergent, I'd definitely recommend them as they were very patient and understanding. I think I got a good deal with the mortgage and further down the line it had to be amended as renegotiated the price of the property but the process was very fast which allowed me to complete in the timeline that I had set up.

Being self-employed can make getting a mortgage a bit tricky, but Georgie made the whole process so much easier. It can be overwhelming process to apply for mortgages and renewals but Tony takes the time to explain and make sure everything feels right before proceeding. Georgie was understanding, honest and kept us informed every step of the way through to getting our confirmed mortgage offer today! On the one occasion we couldn't get straight through to Georgie (because she was on holiday), the rest of the team were really quick to help and despite not being the usual person to handling our application they were really responsive (thanks Tony!). Overall we felt in safe hands from the first meeting to now. There was no hard selling we never felt under pressure to make a decision that wasn't right for us and we knew that Georgie and the team had our best interests at heart all the way through.
