   I called the Worthing branch to ask about tyre costs and availability. Although on this occasion I have found an alternative, I wanted to comment and say how helpful Andy was. I could tell he was stretched but was a man of his word and had prices and a call back within a short period of time even with loads of other customers he had to deal with. The customer service was excellent

   Despite being ridiculously busy and short staffed (I really felt for one guy who couldn't get anything done, without the phone ringing, or a stream of customers coming in) the team were all delightful and helpful and apologetic for the wait. What a credit they are to this organisation. I feel they need some additional help to answer phones and do the admin ATS!

Andy was very helpful when I needed to make an amendment to my booking and even slotted me in so I didn't need to go back on a different day. Any car related issues, I will be going back to these guys!

   Never been there before and a nice person served me I booked into have all my wheels on my car tracked because of the potholes but only the front wheels needed to be adjusted and charged me £53 but my whole experience was great will go there again maybe to get some tyres fitted in the future.

   Really good group of guys. Kev was very accommodating and professional. Went above and beyond to be patient and informative. Answered everything with an assured response and I actually felt more equipped to drive safer after leaving with four new tyres. Even more impressive was seeing him deal with a complicated customer expertly and coolly when I’m sure others would have thrown the guy out. So yes, thumbs up and great service.
