    The wife and I visited National Plastics a while ago to look at shower panels for our new bathroom. Everyone At NP Worthing was pleasant and friendly, and we had a really positive experience. In particular, a lad named Tom was really courteous and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood all our options. Now that our bathroom is finally finished, it reminded us of the service we received that day. We just wanted to thank National Plastics for their care, consideration and professionalism. Excellent customer service! Tom is a real asset and our bathroom looks GREAT.

    I've recently been dealing with Stacey Walker, the manager at this store. Stacey has been extremely helpful ( and patient) . When I had not ordered enough panels, and then changed my mind about the choice of panels delivered for the 2nd bathroom, she was fantastic in how quickly it was sorted out and new choice delivered. All of the staff I met were very friendly and polite, sorry I don't know the delivery drivers name but he was very helpful. All of the staff, particularly Stacey, were a credit to the store.
