They have a wide range of products all at what I consider good prices. Shelves are usually well stocked with few obstructions. However like many bigger shops now self service tills dominate, some with quite inadequate areas to unpack, scan and pack. Sign of the times I guess but drop a Star.

Wilko is not as full as it used to be, especially in the homeware department. As they wish us to buy online. Not everyone wants to so. However the stuff they had had enough variety and at reasonable price.

Clean shop helpful staff but the same as other shops empty shelves

It's okay. But just okay. Seems to be running out of stock with plenty of empty shelves and other items scattered across them to give that "panic in an apocolypse" feeling that you only really want during an apocalypse and not at 2pm on a normal afternoon. That aside they had what I went in for and as standard the queuing system was choas. Sadly not the organised kind, utter choas with long queues, staff shouting for a manager, who finally appeared to shout at someone else who didnt appear to be doing anything. At all. It was nice to get outside and I wish the staff all the best and hope that some kind of calming order can one day be implemented at this store.

A lot of empty shelves, probably ready for Christmas displays. Stationery shelves definitely needing a top up. Huge range of products. Not many staff about to ask for help.

Generally a good store but sometimes their prices for everyday branded items are quite high. One member of staff did not know his way round and seemed to be in a hurry when asked where something was. Worthing town itself needs more public toilets.

Nice sized store, friendly staff and always worth a browse. Had to return here as the quality of their pillows fall below standard for me, but overall many products are good. Frequent shopper, but like anything just trial and error

I love to do shopping at Wilko as it has a pick & mix counter. You can choose your favorable sweet there and it is fun when you pick them. Apart from that, you can buy all your household needs in one stop and at a good value. You should come when they have a bargain as you can buy your favorable items at a very good price !!!

Well stocked and massive variety of well priced goods. A pleasant shopping experience. Some queues do occur being so popular. In a very handy position being very close to a massive car park with lifts and disabled access. Some great regular bargains and one of the cheapest shops in town.
