   Absolutely Hopeless. Sent an email support request via their website and waited for a response for over a week, nothing came back. So I phoned and enquired about hiring a rotary pressure washer which btw they had on their website with click'n'collect or delivery availability options for Worthing, West Sussex. I was informed by the telephone agent that the whole company only had a few and wait for it......................... they were up north with no future plans for availability down south!! So not only are they no monitoring their emails their website is misleading.

   First class service, needed to hire a scaffold tower, great price, delivered start of the day and therfore was able to return it early while still on site, freindly staff and received deposit back within 24 hours will only use jewson now for future hires, thanks from Lancing Electrical Services

   Terrible service at worthing, stood at the counter waiting to be served the guy behind the counter said I'll be with you in a minute, then a customer comes in picks something up off the shelf comes over and stands next to me and the guy behind the counter gets up and serves him first- disgusting rude service

   The tool hire team (Sherry and James) are brilliant, always friendly and helpful. They know the products and bring a personal touch to the service. I've had items delivered and have picked up from the store. There's been no problem with any aspect including the refunds for deposits and early returns. Keep up the good work! NB. Don't be put off by the cars parked outside the gates, there is customer parking inside.

   Service is excellent and the team at the Worthing branch clearly enjoy what they do... because they smile! 10/10 raring as I ordered online, collected and they only had part of the stock I needed. Offered to deliver the remainder to my door which they did 2hrs later. Well done!
