   I had fantastic service from Jeramie, I went it looking for some wine for clients, and was greeted by Jeramie, who asked me my budget and what kind I was looking for. He gave me some brilliant suggestions and even helped me carry it all to my car. As someone who knows nothing about wine, it was a pleasant experience and was made easy. I can't thank Jeramie enough!

   I am disappointed with the customer service. I waited for more than 30mins without receiving any assistance and I eventually left unattended. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have experienced this in the same store.

   I had the most wonderful wonderful shopping experience recently. It was a Thursday late afternoon…about 6pm. The shop assistant (chap from Loire. France) was amazing. He helped me choose some incredible wines. The whole retail experience was glorious! He gave me so much time and educated me too. The wines he helped me choose were outstanding. I was so impressed with his customer care. He even carried my wines to the car. Really…really, really good service. Thank you so much.
