“We could not recommend making your wedding rings with Orla James more highly! Fin and Giles were amazing throughout the entire process. Fin was so helpful and responsive as we worked to find a date and confirm the logistics. Giles was patient and informative as we learnt to make the rings - it was like a science lesson which we loved! Once we made the gold bands, Giles worked with me to shape this to fit my engagement ring perfectly. Coincidentally, we had booked this on my birthday and Fin made sure it was an extra special day - we were so well looked after! We absolutely love our rings which are engraved with our wedding date on the inside and even more special knowing that we made each others - highly recommend. Thank you so much!”

“I had my first full tattoo done here yesterday by Ryan - It’s a beautiful butterfly which looks 3D as if it’s just “landed” on my shoulder…. Really beautiful & exactly what I wanted!! “Jess did the flowers for our wedding a couple of days ago, I honestly could not recommend her highly enough, she is absolutely incredible! From the first meeting she knew exactly what I was after and even managed to include forget me nots in my bouquet as a tribute to my late Granny. She offers a preview of the flowers the day before and honestly we were blown away with how beautiful they were. On the day she brought the flowers in to me, explained all about them, even pinning my mums corsage to her dress for her. “Following a technical fault with my vehicle which required roadside recovery I contacted Swift via their WhatsApp account to hopefully initiate a possible diagnosis the following day. To my surprise I received an immediate response via the App and by swapping messages was able to have the vehicle recovered to the workshop ready for the following day. It was very reassuring at the time to know we had Swift in place to investigate the problem and to be able to leave the vehicle at their site overnight with a reasonable sense of security considering how late in the evening the vehicle recovered. I also received a call at 08:02 the following morning to discuss the matter in detail. The diagnostic process was complex, but ultimately a definitive fault was found and the relevant part replaced, additional work was also identified and I was happy to agree it’s completion as I like to have a well maintained/ serviced/repaired vehicle. Throughout the process, Swift communicated with me by email and phone and text, when I wanted to have a detailed discussion about the problem and resolve I was able to do so by being passed to the appropriate people in a timely manner. I was impressed by the way in which the team were keen to hear the history and scenarios whereby the fault had occurred, this was so much more reassuring than just being told that they would plug in the diagnostics and find the problem. The vehicle has been previously serviced/MOT’d by Swift and is booked again for 2026, all being well this recent repair will prove to be a success and enable me to use the vehicle with confidence. I currently feel reassured that in the unlikely event of a recurrence Swift would deal with the matter accordingly. I would definitely recommend Swift Motors.”

“Oh my word - we popped in last night before the cinema for a bite to eat and wow wow wow. It was so delicious! We shared mushroom and truffle arancini balls which were so so tasty, as well as Sicilian hot dogs and cheesy chips. We also had a sweet treat each after - I hade a pistachio sfogliatelle and my hubby had a white chocolate puff and the whole lot was just absolutely delicious! We will be gong back asap! It was also lovely to sit just outside in the beautiful evening sunshine!”

She listened and understood what I wanted, interpreting my thoughts into flowers that reflected the person they were for. Both friendly and professional, Nikki gave me advice that prevented me from being disappointed with overpriced funeral flowers from somewhere else out of the area. Flower Designs are an asset to our community services we should support.”

“Hands down the best Bulgarian meal I’ve had outside of Bulgaria. Went to Donchevi Kitchen & Bar today with my other half for lunch. As I’m from Bulgaria, I always wanted to share my cuisine but previous attempt have not been successful due to lack of quality original Bulgarian ingredients or chef abilities. This restaurant on the other hand tasted like home. We had kufteta, shopska salad, mousakka, parlenka and chips with Bulgarian cheese. Everything was not only authentic but also delicious. I loved it so much I had to ask for takeaway bag to take some home. I definitely recommend the restaurant to both Bulgarians and to everyone keen to try something different which they will enjoy. My partner is a bit picky with their food as they are British and tend to go with Italian food or British but they loved it too.”

“A really lovely restaurant that a friend and I visited Saturday lunchtime. We went for the set lunch menu. My friend is Slovak and really enjoyed the chicken schnitzel. I am vegetarian so went for halloumi burger. We also had a large salad bowl (50% discount with a main meal). . I do think they need to increase the vegetarian choices in the set menu because that was a bit restricted. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.”
