Simply superb! I can only agree and resonate with previous positive reviews. So informative, friendly and readily available to help out of hours and at short notice. Furthermore, I was advised by a garage before going to them that there was nothing that could be done other than going to main dealership with an estimate of 4k min to fix! I am deeply appreciative that was not the outcome I received by Swift. I'd also like to give out a shout to pixie? I just used Swift to do the MOT on my Rangerover Sport last year to acquaint myself with the set-up. It seemed to have a family feel to it like times gone by. So this year as it was time for my cam belt to be replaced, I'd let them do the work. I was given a detailed list of what my car required, which included Wheel alignment, Rear discs and Brake pads, a Service and an MOT ! What a detailed and comprehensive list and breakdown of items required in order of importance was provided. We agreed to go ahead, and I was offered a courtesy car while mine was being worked on. That was a lovely little Toyota in excellent condition. The resulting bill was in my opinion very fair for the work and parts involved, the service was friendly and humerous. As I found Swift such a delight to deal with, I told them they have me as a customer in future ! Good quality old fashioned service which is hard to find these days. Thank you Swift !
Following a technical fault with my vehicle which required roadside recovery I contacted Swift via their WhatsApp account to hopefully initiate a possible diagnosis the following day. To my surprise I received an immediate response via the App and by swapping messages was able to have the vehicle recovered to the workshop ready for the following day. It was very reassuring at the time to know we had Swift in place to investigate the problem and to be able to leave the vehicle at their site overnight with a reasonable sense of security considering how late in the evening the vehicle recovered. I also received a call at 08:02 the following morning to discuss the matter in detail. The diagnostic process was complex, but ultimately a definitive fault was found and the relevant part replaced, additional work was also identified and I was happy to agree it’s completion as I like to have a well maintained/ serviced/repaired vehicle. Throughout the process, Swift communicated with me by email and phone and text, when I wanted to have a detailed discussion about the problem and resolve I was able to do so by being passed to the appropriate people in a timely manner. I was impressed by the way in which the team were keen to hear the history and scenarios whereby the fault had occurred, this was so much more reassuring than just being told that they would plug in the diagnostics and find the problem. The vehicle has been previously serviced/MOT’d by Swift and is booked again for 2026, all being well this recent repair will prove to be a success and enable me to use the vehicle with confidence. I currently feel reassured that in the unlikely event of a recurrence Swift would deal with the matter accordingly. I would definitely recommend Swift Motors.

We couldn't get a date for full service and MOT at our usual garage, they recommended Swift - we have since brought all three of our vehicles for servicing and MOT. Easy to book a date / time. They contact us to check before spending our money on things we didn't know about (tyres etc) Office is very busy but efficient, staff are friendly. Swift is now our 'go to' garage

I cannot recommend this garage enough. My cars clutch was making a rattling noise and needed replacing (I have no more technical language on this matter and will leave that for the experts!!) Everyone was so helpful. They gave me a realistic time frame and price for fixing the issue. I also was given a courtesy car (although I didn't feel this was forced upon me and they even gave options of how else I could get home!) My car was fixed so much quicker than expected. I love that there is the option to pay online, and that they emailed me the invoice. It makes everything so much easier and painless. Thank you!
Used this garage for many years. They have always been reliable and have a very friendly way about all their staff. This is important to me and can’t always be found in other garages! Their online booking system,confirmation of appointment, reminder of appointment and paying online is great for me. If this isn't your thing it can still all be booked etc by phone or in person.
