Amazing eastern European shop which offers a variety of different meats, cheeses and much more. Staff is always kind and friendly. Always happy to come back and buy their products
It is a really nice shop, one of my favourite one around. They are selling so many types of Eastern European food such as Hungarian, Polish, Romanian and the list goes on. The people who are working there always kind and up for any help if you have a question about a product or something. Well done. ☺️
Rather good choice of food and a very friendly helpful owner. However staff member at the counter is so rude and unfriendly which is especially sad to see when they are dismissive and rude towards elderly disabled customers. One previous customer assistant also was very very rude, another lady was rather nice and friendly, but currently the customer service is absolutely unfriendly. We felt as we are guilty of something and they want us to dissappear. One day you also can be elderly and disabled, your attitude can come back to you. Nice smile costs nothing, but brightens everyone's day, rude attitude doesn't help anyone.
Absolutely love this shop! Always a great choice of smoked and dried fish, amazing variety of Eastern European food (delicious frozen pancakes with strawberry, syrniki (soft cheese pancakes), mititei (Moldovan meat dish, equivalent to small kebabs). Great staff, friendly and smiley.
