My son and I had a fantastic experience shopping at Alleyoops! Si was incredibly helpful, taking the time to advise my son on the best Core scooter for the tricks he enjoys doing. He even made a few adjustments for us, free of charge, to make this scooter custom, with matching grips and wheels!! Great service, friendly staff, and a brilliant shopping experience – we’ll definitely be back!
The gentleman has the patience of a saint. He has been helping me for the last week with a broken bike part that was sent from mafia bikes, he is so kind and helpful, would definitely shop direct with them in the future. Fantastic customer service!
These guys are amazing!. So friendly and enthusiastic. My daughter wants to skate so I tried to teach her on a hire pair. Called these guys and they set me up with a pair similar to what I would have used in the early 90’s. Only 10 times better. My Daughter was getting better but her skates really needed upgrading. Sizing was the problem as the brand I wanted didn’t go this small. Found a pair of ice skates and sent them to Alleyoops. They converted them into these beauties. Opened them on her Birthday and she hasn’t taken them off since. Great service. Wheels light up and even threw in some spare laces. Thank you Alleyoops! 10/10

Really friendly service, visited the store without any intention of buying anything but I just wanted to try out a scooter, end up actually buying one in the end as I was allowed to try it on the pavement outside/ get a proper feel of it. Only down side is the shop is currently closed off so it's like post office style - you can see items behind the staff, but can't actually walk in the store. However, this is understandable as it shows they're taking social distancing/ public health awareness seriously, especially considering the store is likely to have lots of kids running around wanting to touch everything. Very happy with the service, and the prices are decent too!
Can't fault the excellent customer service in this shop. We had a problem with fitting some news bars to my son's scooter, phone the shop, they phoned back when they said they would and then sorted the problem the following day when we returned. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service is a rarity these days, well done for providing it.
Great place to shop especially if you need some advise. The assistant was really knowledgeable and talked me through my options, making sure I bought the correct board for my nephew. I am definitely recommending Alleyoops.
