They charged me twice for one transaction & made me jump through hoops to get it back despite this being their mistake. When I called up the first time it was near closing time so the guy left me on hold and left. Very unprofessional, Bob the manager seems to care more about procedures than putting right his company’s mistakes.

Quality outfit with quality personnel who've all done their time in the trenches. The manager Bob sometimes rings me late at night breathing heavily down the phone trying to sell me lubricant which is weird. He's just bought a new Harley which i managed to get a picture of him on the other day. Deano sounds like he's on his 4th suicide attempt of the day but he's not, it's just how he is, usually got a baseball cap welded to his head. All the lads and lasses down their are highly experienced and Moses will make sure your parts are expedited rapidly, he's used to accomplishing bigger tasks - I can only imagine how much innuendo related fun hes had with the women over his name. Use with confidence, great outfit!!
My go to for emergency mid job car parts and tools, not always the cheapest but have yet.to let me down when I needed something. Always friendly and helpful
Fantastic range of just about every possible generic car spare and very fast ordering of anything not stocked. Also is usually at LEAST 15-20% cheaper than other retailers like Halfords and probably 30-50% cheaper than your average independent parts retailer. There are always more staff at the desk than customers. Absolute top possible marks.
