Cold uncaring staff there’s 10 minutes until you close you have no right to turn me away just say any more how pathetically lazy
Arrived precisely 15 minutes before closure time on Sunday 3rd Aug entrance door was already locked!! Also this happened 2 times recently always with the same guy who seemed to be in charge -the other ones respect the rules. Very unprofessional. Please do something. All the other staff are lovely and professional too

Turned up 13 minutes before close, after work was denied entry and told it was closed even though there was other customers in the store I also work in a similar industry (hospitality) and have always ran by the rules you close the building/business once it's closing time not 13 minutes before as this is not the designated close time. I've attached a picture of the security and co-op worker who stopped my entry. I would also like to clarify I was intoxicated or did I approach the building in a silly or aggressive manor.
This co op team from security to wonderful Tina deserves so much recognition. Tina is always happy to help always have a smile on her face no matter the circumstances. I would highly recommended this local the team makes it 5/5 stars ⭐️
Went in to get a couple of cans of the g&t whilst on my mobility scooter. The aisle was very tight but was made worse by crates of beer everywhere. I accidentally pierced a can trying to get through and of course beer went everywhere. One staff member said it happens all the time but wasn't apologetic at all and the one who served me at the till didn't speak or even look at meoi. I won't be going back in there shame as in general the staff in the other Co-ops in the area are really friendly and helpful.

Emma, ignored my partner, deciding to fake write out some stickers, only after a minute did she decide to help, by snatching the bottle of Proseco and shaking it, it didn't go unnoticed my partner pulled her up only to receive a barrage from Emma on the till, she complained she was in pain, but I'm thinking she slipped her support worker and was using the tills that she's not allowed to use unsupervised. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN....
A thoroughly unhappy ,sullen and apparently lone staff member eventually dawdled over to serve on the check out( after I asked the security guard if the place had any staff.) Think she might have been an Aussie from the few words she spoke and perhaps not impressed with our short dark days ?
Decent store but I got bread, petit pains, which were a bit settled even though it was only 2pm. The punnet of strawberries I bought had a big one which had mould on it (probably hard to prevent in this hot weather) and I counted 14 in the till queue with only one person on. Eventually two others helped out. Co-op is always great just a few small things to sharpen up in this store. However on the plus side, good value fir who I got.
