   ⚠️ SCAM WARNING: LEGAL ACTION TAKEN (Claim Ref: M5QZ69QH) ⚠️ DO NOT SPEND A PENNY HERE. I paid £950 cash on 25/09/2025 for a box of cigars. It is now December. 1. No Delivery: They never sent the goods. 2. Refused Refund: They admitted liability in writing but refused to refund via bank transfer. 3. Blocked Collection: When I arranged an authorised representative to collect the cash refund in person (as they insisted), they blocked the collection with endless excuses. 4. Lied to Police: On 05/12/2025, they promised the police they would refund me, but lied and breached that promise immediately. FAKE "HERITAGE" & EMS STATUS? You claim on your website to be an "Official Habanos Retailer" with "EMS Certified" stock. Is this how an official partner conducts business? Stealing £950 from a customer is disgraceful conduct. I also note your company (Arcadia Cigars Ltd) was only incorporated in April 2024. You are NOT a long-established specialist; you are a new entity taking money for stock you clearly do not own. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES: I have officially filed a County Court Claim (Case M5QZ69QH) against you today. The court summons is on its way. I will also be reporting this conduct to Hunters & Frankau (UK Official Distributor) to investigate your retailer status.

   Best selection, service and atmosphere. The team are friendly and always happy to help, you never feel hurried or a burden, no matter your knowledge or experience level. Can’t even compare to the other shops selling cigars in town - this is a real cigar shop like the old days!

Its expert construction offers an even burn and smooth draw, while the blend of Nicaraguan Habano long-fillers unfurls a rich medley of coffee, cedar, and cocoa flavors, with a hint of pepper. Despite being full-bodied, it maintains a refined smoothness that appeals to both seasoned smokers and novices. Shopping at Arcadia Cigars added to the pleasure, with their knowledgeable staff guiding me to this excellent choice. A highly recommended experience!

   I am very surprised by the 5* reviews this shop has. First the place is nothing special, it seems an untidy collection of heteroclite furniture and small humidors bought in a pound shop (all with various humidity levels ranging for 45 to 60%...). Yes the staff is friendly, but there is nearly no cigars to choose from. Again, who wrote in the reviews the selection is great has never place a foot in that shop. But the biggest problem of all is none of the boxes display the EMS logo of the UK official Cuban importer. This is very suspicious and I would stay well clear of this shop

   Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff members. One of if not THE best cigar shops I had the privilege of shopping with. Gave precise details of what I wanted and 2 seconds it was cut for me and packaged. If you need anywhere to buy cigars from I would 100% recommend, not just for the merchandise but for the very hospitable staff members
