   Excellent service. Ordered product and item got lost/stolen in post with Royal Mail which is not surprising as seems to be happening all the time.    This is a home based business and not a 'sporting goods store' as listed. Do not drive here expecting a store with demo models etc as it is a residential address. I did meet the owner however and he gave me some good advice on my van and options (which unfortunately were not a fiamma awning it transpired). Knows his stuff and is definitely legitimate, just a shame it is not clearer as I could have saved a good bit of fuel and just phoned him!
