   Really happy with the service from Geoff Hill Electrical - ordered a tumble dryer from them late afternoon on Friday, was delivered and installed by 9.30 on Saturday morning. Very helpful delivery guys and good service over the phone. Would definitely recommend.

   We have been buying from Geoff Hill for many years and have always found them first class. I am unsure why anyone who lives locally would want to buy from Curry's when Geoff Hill gives such excellent service. We have bought washing machines, ovens, hobs, TVs, microwaves, freezers etc from them and there is always a great range in stock. Customer service is second to none. All the staff I have dealt with have been helpful and friendly. We recently bought a new washing machine. It was delivered in the morning, fitted in the afternoon and the old machine collected the next day. A totally seamless process and it was exactly the same when we had a new oven from them. Many businesses boast about their customer service but the reality is pretty poor. Geoff Hill truly deliver excellent customer service and I can recommend them very highly. Buy from them with confidence!

   Great service, from the purchase in store, to washing machine delivered and fitted in 24 hours. The delivery men polite and helpful, no moaning bringing washer up the stairs, unlike Curry's who I used for another item earlier in the year who I would never use again. All packaging taken away and then Julian came round to connect the washer and remove and dispose of old machine, he covered the stairs and made sure there was no mess or water leaks, identified a plumbing issue which he fixed and then helped me do the first cycle advising me on how to take care of the machine in the future. Thank you for a great experience all round, Geoff Hill. There is a reason this shop has been around for many years because service is their priority.

   Phones in the morning because our tumble dryer had broken. A new one delivered and installed 4 hours later . Old one taken away . No fuss, no problem, cheerful staff … what more could I ask for . Well done Geoff Hill, as always .

Less than 24 hours after placing our order with an extremely pleasant assistant over the phone my fridge was delivered and unpacked, within the given timescale, by 2 polite, friendly men !!!!    We bought a freezer from Geoff Hill. The lady in the shop was very informative and gave us all the information - pros and cons about the various models. Very good price. They gave free delivery. The delivery staff not only unboxed the freezer, but carried it down into our cellar and put it in place - something that Currys previously had refused to do, even though we were paying £20 delivery to them. I would highly recommend Geoff Hill. All round brilliant service from sales to delivery.

   Can't recommend this place enough. My parents have shopped here since the 70s. My elderly mum recently needed to replace her dishwasher and what wonderful service she received. Lovely shop staff, delivery and fitting exactly when promised, all packaging and old appliance removed, worth every penny. Proper old fashioned excellent customer service, all too rare these days. Well done indeed.
