Fantastic service from the two gentlemen who helped me find parts to fix our toilet and advice on a leaking cistern this afternoon. Such a refreshing change to receive a service from staff who have a wealth of knowledge in what they are selling. Plumbbase will be my first stop in future. I'm just sorry I didn't notice the names of the staff who helped me today as they deserve to be recognised as valuable members of staff.
