   The staff in this store are not good. They expected my disabled brother to lift his cart at the till and they love to push the self service tills. Every time I go in the staff have a face on them like someone has died. I stopped shopping there months ago. I don't need that when I'm out doing a simple shop.

   I recently visited Wilko and was disappointed with the customer service I received from supervisor Donna. She was dismissive and unhelpful and did not offer to assist me further or provide any additional information regarding a product.

   Went in to Wilco store in Stourbridge today 23/2/2023 and asked a member of staff if I needed to get. A parking ticket if I wanted just to pick up some bags of compost .A very pleasant lady member of staff said that I didn’t need to get a ticket as long I gave her my car registration .And I asked if there was someone who could help me put to put in the car she said that that was no problem .And very kindly brought the compost out to the car and put it in the boot of my car .for me as I am disabled Sorry I didn’t get the nice lady’s name but she was on the till at the back of the shop .So I would like to say a very big THANK YOU FOR ALL HER HELP ..

   Popped into wilko in stourbridge today. I was helped by kelly to locate my shopping . She was very helpful friendly and polite a credit to your store. The shop was very clean and tidy and well stocked. I have never had a bad experience in this store. Staff are always willing to help and are always friendly.

   A great experience shopping here. If you like home bargains stores. B M. Stores. Etc. This is a similar business with slightly different features and variety of quality products.. I had few issues with obtaining garden arches from a few other wilko store. But I had a helpful shop assistant in my local store who rang all the local wilkos in Birmingham and i eventually had a good result as they were two arches left in Stourbridge store and they were reserved for me to collect the same day.. Very helpful staff in all wilko stores. As all staff gave good advice on obtaining the goods i could not get. Well worth a look if you like gardening or home improvement.. Great store overall..k

   Very competitive prices. Managed to get a 320 page notebook for £1.75 & pack of highlighters for £1. Wide selection of all sorts of things. Good if you're on a tight budget. Friendly staff work very efficiently at the till

   Reasonable quality, keen prices easy parking. Just some of the things that make this place worth a visit. I find the staff friendly and quite knowledgeable. Easy access even for those that are less able or using a wheelchair. Carpark off the ring road, entrance is the "backdoor" to the shop and parking is 50p for up to two hours.
