   I been going to this store over 30 years. Very experience staff helpful never been any issues with there stuff or services. I went today for the first time since new owners took over. Was disappointed in customer service. And the checkout lady took over 10 minutes didn't know how to work the till out. I was going to leave my stuff . And walk out .im sorry to say. .I don't think I be going to this shop any time soon.

   Nothing better then supporting a local family business and getting a deal on quality stuff at the same time, excellent range, brilliant prices, knowledgeable, and comes with a smile. Also blown away with the honesty, I forgot my change (over £10) and was at least 2 weeks before I returned and pleasantly shocked when they presented it to me. Love and respect guys.

   This place supposed to be a Dulux vendor yet God help you if the place is short staffed, i was told to come back in couple of days as manager didn't wanna leave the fixings desk (yet there was no-one in the shop and he had time to fiddle with his window display as I left).. Not the first time I've had bad attitude in the shop, either morale low or its me lol!
