   Way over priced. Makes out his giving you a deal but is 1.5x the price of another independent local business and double the price of wickes or screwfix. Both 5 mins away in either direction. Update: rest assured we will never shop with you again. We will definitely be popping over to alternatives as we had to while you were closed, the way we found out how expensive you really were. You gave us some wrong sized bits but i won’t waste my energy on you trying to return them. We now know better.

   Absolutely DISGUSTING and disappointing that the owner of this shop feels he can ROUND UP on prices that are stated on the actual product without the customers knowledge, I noticed this when I checked my online banking.. I will NEVER shop here again. He should be ashamed of himself!!!

   Rang to ask if something was in stock the man spoke very rudely and said yes I'm very busy at this time and put the phone down! I rang back and said I wanted to know a price he raised his voice and said I told you once I'm very busy at this time and put the phone down again!I was shocked and surprised that he could speak to customers in such a way especially when the government say shop at your local stores.i would never use this shop again and I'd advise people to be prepared to be spoken to like dirt if you do. Go elsewhere if you can!

I cannot really give advice on this shop as I have not purchased anything from them. The owner sits on a chair he can be seen fro the open door seven days a week.
