   They are very accommodating and respond back to messages very quickly. I ordered a bracelet and they were also able to adjust the size for me. When your order is placed they give you updates on when you shall receive it. Would definitely recommend to others.

   I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ayan Jewellers after reading many good reviews when I came across their profile on Google. Not only did I research their profile and found the good reviews when I had asked some family members and friends they would say the same good stuff and how their know the family business personally. They are known for their good working ethics, great manners and are a reputable business who upheld their morals and values to a very high standard. I then was like okay let me come and visit and see why they are saying this. When I had came in, I was welcomed and felt honoured to be in the store, they had provided me with hot drinks and made sure my experience within the store was momentum and everlasting. They even provided my children with goodie bags and toys which they adored and put a big smile on their faces! They were very patient with me and my sister as we picked our pieces, they gave us honest advice on items and ensured we were happy with our purchases. We even received a very good scrap price for our scrap gold and we were stunned as this was the highest price from some shops we had visited. A huge thank you to the team for providing us such a wonderful and memorable experience within the store and a big thank you to Alishba! Alishba is straightforward, honest and a genuine jeweller who will ensure her customers leave the store feeling happy and satisfied with their purchase. Thank you again for your support and wanted to write my review wholeheartedly and express my gratitude towards them. Will definitely be a regular buyer again with them for my gold in the future!    Went to this jewellers for the first time yesterday based on other Google reviews and it was definitely worth it. The kind man was so helpful and patient. He even gave us zamzam water and dates to open our fast. We walked away with everything we needed at a really good price so we will definitely be visiting again.

Managing Director extremely friendly, helpful and my family were very happy as we normally go to London but this shop has changed our minds and will now be attending Birmingham for future purchases.
