   My wife and I had a great experience with The Jewellery Trunk! Their collection is absolutely stunning, perfect for both weddings and normal events. We bought several pieces for our wedding where every item was beautifully crafted with amazing attention to detail. The team was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making sure we found exactly what we needed. We were so pleased with the excellent quality, we even bought more for normal events. Highly recommend The Jewellery Trunk to anyone looking for elegant and high-quality jewellery.

   The service at TJT Birmingham was amazing from start to finish. They worked around my tight timeline (barely six weeks!) and still managed to bring my wedding jewellery vision to life perfectly from scratch. From the very first conversation with Karan, to Dimple understanding exactly what I had in mind, and Biv guiding me through every single step—it was all seamless. Biv truly understood what I was looking for and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. She advised me and went above and beyond. Even when I wanted to make changes, they were able to accommodate everything. I loved being able to see the process and watch the design come to life through the pictures they sent to keep me updated on WhatsApp. Thank you for such a lovely experience—I can’t wait to wear my set!

   The jewellery trunk is amazing, their service is fantastic as well as providing beautiful jewellery. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they’ve always delivered the styles and colours I wanted. They can change it to any colour to match your outfit and help you finding the right Jewellery. And they always go out their way trying to find what you need. I can’t recommend them enough, if your getting married or looking for jewellery in gengeral check them out.

   I was served by Rhea at the Birmingham store. I managed to sort out all my jewellery for all 3 events. There is a variety of pieces to choose from party to wedding jewellery. Rhea was really helpful in sorting my jewellery out and going above and beyond. After placing your order you are put into a group chat with the team any issues I had they managed to sort it out. When I received my jewellery I wanted slight changes which they sent back to the supplier, thanks to Sukhy and the team. I received the jewellery all back in time for my wedding events. Only thing I would say is to provide a much more sturdy jewellery box when giving the jewellery, especially after spending a lot of money on my bridal jewellery and to keep safe after use.

   Picked up my jewelry from the store on Sunday. I was not happy with the service after paying full on the date of order! They were very helpful when placing the order and when showing the lady the errors at the counter she was extremely rude and unhelpful. As if they have received the money and wanted us to just leave! As you can see from the picture it’s very disappointing for a bridal set to be presented like this in packaging. I would have expected after spending nearly £600 in the store to have better packaging for my bridal set and a service with a smile. Also the earrings and necklace had a few pearls out of place/missing as you can see in the pictures. When mentioned to lady as stated above she stated carelessly that it's handmade and this is expected with all custom made orders, slight damages are expected. For a professional establishment like this I don't believe this would represent the company well. When approach the manager via what’s app - they were a lot more understanding, I requested a partial refund even if it was by a small amount for the compensation of the missing pears and damage. I would not recommend this place if you want your bridal set. I would recommend double checking everything. A possibly pay half the payment before collecting !

   Firstly the stars are for Rhea who actually was incredibly helpful and kind. The experience I had overall however deserves very little credit. I ordered my bangles, nose ring, ring and custom earrings 6 weeks before the wedding. I received a photo of the bangles which were completely different to what I originally asked for - they looked like cheap tacky plastic, but was told they would sort it. I turned up on the day my items were to be collected to find my earrings were left in a box untouched and the staff had no idea where my order was. I was finally given some lovely bangles, earrings and ring which I collected a few days before in a rush because the staff member had only 15 minutes to open the shop give me the items and leave. Unfortunately when I got home, I noticed one bangle was a size 2.4 and I’m a size 2.6/2.8. So my set was incomplete. On the day of the wedding my earring broke off so I have photos with one earring only and the red stones were painted on and smudged off midway through the event. The jewellery ended up a disaster. Out of the whole wedding planning process, the jewellery trunk experience was the most stressful and unprofessional and I’m deeply disappointed as I went to TJT due to their well known reputation. What a shame, had I known or read the below reviews I’d have taken my money elsewhere. I will say, the owner Karan was not rude to me at all and in fact did try to help but I’m disappointed that there were so many mistakes made before I collected, it took so long to sort and the final result wasn’t worth the money I spent (which wasn’t cheap). I would recommend looking at other jewellery brands to avoid disappointment and stress!

The team were so helpful, they kept me updated with progress photos throughout the process and let me review for any last minute changes before it was finalised. A lot of other places don’t provide that service. I really appreciate all their help! Thank you!

   Avoid at all costs. Was passed from pillar to post trying to get some beads changed on jumkeh and a tikka purchased from this rubbish store. The Tikkah i had purchased was in the glass cabinet and could’ve been sold to someone else had i not turned up to the store on the 2nd attempt of collection… The collection day itself was a nightmare, turned up to find nothing had been done since payment was made and i had left the store the week before. The manager/owner Karan well he’s as helpful as a chocolate teapot! That’ll be all

   Wedding jewellery was beautiful, matched my outfit perfectly and was only marginally more expensive than other stores but quality seemed better. 4 stars as pearls were missing along the top of the necklace which should have been there (they had sent photos of the necklace I would be receiving but I wrongly assumed they would be added seeing as they already knew the design I had picked). Still beautiful without the pearls and very happy with the end product. Very quick turnaround from ordering to collecting.

   Had a lovely experience today, purchasing my bridal set. Needed to get the jewellery set amended so took it back today and job done. As easy as that, no pressure, no stress, just really good customer service. If you are looking for bridal jewellery then this is defo the place to look for a happy shopping experience. Lovely team, lovely owner. I am one happy bride to be. :)
