    Lady at the door is was super nice- but the cashier jasmine was very rude and horrible, I brought earrings for collection I didn’t bring ID so I had to rebuy it that was fine. But her attitude was disrespectful ignoring my questions. I was being kind even saying thank you to her, wish I didn’t lol. She was glaring at me, very bad customer service. She didn’t even tell me when my refund was coming in, after purchasing the earrings my recipe didn’t come through.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Pandora store. I was "welcomed" by a slightly older woman with white hair, and her behaviour was completely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping at all. I came into the store specifically to look for a present for my friend, but after the interaction with this lady, I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I walked out of the store immediately without buying anything. Customer service is extremely important, especially for a brand like Pandora, and unfortunately this staff member is not suitable for a customer-facing role. Because of this experience, I will never ever return to this store again, and I would not recommend it to others.

    Went into Pandora today and upon entering it was very busy, however they had a very good queue system in place and we were served within 5 minutes. We were served by Laiba who was very polite and greeted us with a smile. She gave great options and gave really lovely advice. Although the store was very busy she was in no rush and we probably spent a good 30 minutes with her. Once decided, we were taken to the tills and was served by Niamh, who again was very friendly and talkative and complemented the items I had chosen. When leaving Michelle the manager thanked us and wished us a good Day and a Happy Christmas. Thank you Bullring Pandora.

    Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Manager Conduct – Pandora Bullring Birmingham (29 November) I visited the Pandora branch in the Bullring, Birmingham (Ground Floor) yesterday and experienced extremely disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour from the manager, Michelle. Her tone of voice, attitude, and overall conduct in front of customers and staff were unacceptable. It truly felt as though she wanted to create conflict with everyone and push customers out of the store, as if we did not matter at all. In my opinion, this may be her first experience working in a busy city environment, and she does not appear to have the necessary skills to manage a team or handle customer-facing roles. She lacked calmness, respect, and professionalism, not only towards customers but even towards her own staff. Based on what I witnessed, she is not suitable for a position that requires constant customer interaction. I visit this store every few weeks whenever I come to the city centre, and I have always had positive experiences with the previous manager, who was kind, patient and extremely professional. Every year, during Black Friday and Boxing Day, I made significant purchases from this store. Unfortunately, after this incident, I no longer feel comfortable shopping there and will not recommend this branch to others. I am writing this message because I believe that hardworking and qualified staff deserve to be in the right positions, and brands like Pandora should know who truly represents their values and who does not. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I left the store genuinely upset by the manager’s behaviour on Sunday, 29 November

    I bought a snake chain bracelet from here in may and i asked the worker if it will be too small after adding lots of charms, she said no it will stretch we’re now in november and i cant wear my bracelet because its too small and wont stretch more. Why are you giving false information to tour customers? I have worn it almost every day to make sure it stretches and the charms dig into my skin. I cant exchange it because every store tells me theres technically nothing wrong with the bracelet and i will need to buy another one. Please educate your staff on what to tell the customer. Not happy, it was a gold one so they aren’t exactly cheap to just buy another one.

    So impressed with the quality of customer service on a very busy Mother’s Day weekend. I was met by Caroline as I entered the store who asked how she could help me, what a fabulous asset to the store - she knew exactly what I needed and directed another member of staff to it, reconfigured my bracelet and replaced my broken link in a fast, friendly and efficient manner, 10 out of 10 for this store and lady ☺️

    My experience with Pandora is very bad I bought these silver and rose gold rings, and in less than two years they changed color and became unable to use them. According to the employee, the rings should not be exposed to sterilizers, perfumes, etc There is no service to repair or take care of the rings because they were offered for sale in 2018. I regret buying because its price were high, and if I bought real gold, it would be better for daily use and would not change.

    Had the worst experience in this store on Saturday. A old lady staff member never named Caroline was so rude to us and her tone of voice is not what u would expect in terms of customer service from a higher end store! I’ve recieved better customer service from primark. Pandora should maybe invest some time and money in training miserable staff that clearly don’t want to be working there and are going out of there way to ruin a customers shopping experience. Would not shop in this store again after the awful experience and would not recommend this store to others looking to purchase from Pandora.

    I went in yesterday to buy some rings for my birthday with my boyfriend and Emma helped us. She was so helpful, patient and kind and made the shopping experience really nice for both of us. We both walked away saying this and thinks she deserves the appreciation!

    Had a great customer service. The sell assistant Summer was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. She helped me pick up the perfect gift for my daughter's graduation and personalised it for her. I was very pleased and impressed. Eventhough the store was busy, I didn't feel rushed or anything. I would definitely buy from this store again and would recommend it.
