   Awful. I went to buy a sherwani and after choosing one I requested tailoring which was agreed. After we spoke I realised the man didn't take any measurements. I went back to ask if he can take my measurements. He said he doesn't need to take measurements and just know how much to adjust. I went back and tried it on today and of course it didn't fit. Excuses are given to no end such as "thats the way its meant to fit". Now I need to arrange a new outfit elsewhere. AVOID

   Went to pick up Sherwanis for a wedding and the service provided by the owner was horrible. Rude, no variety and to make matters worse, promised one design but ordered another. Finally resolved but delivery took about 3 months when originally told it would be 4 weeks. Won't be using again. Avoid as there are other shops in Birmingham which offer a better service

   Very very rude and arrogant! We don't use them at all anymore. If you do go into the store to shop they will be watching you like hawks until at which point you can detail what you are looking for. Whatever you do don't use it as a walk through to get to the car park at the rear of the property again that's another excuse for them to moan... And moan and so on!

   My mother in law brought a suit for £160 and changed her mind as she realised when she got home the chunni width was small. She went the next day to return it, they refused to give a refund and offered store credit?! If they were going to give cash back it wasn’t going to be full amount due to taxes they have to pay - so they were offering to give back £145! How are you paid for the tax when we paid in cash the day before???!!!! The manager was then called as we wanted a full refund - she was very unprofessional, refusing to listen us!! We will never be going back to them - very rude and extremely unprofessional service! How these indian shops get away with this I do not understand, go to any retail store you can get a full refund even on sale items! These people refuse to understand
