By far the best experience was the best with my friends with pure love and respect for those 2 hours, walked out with a rolex and a tudor, cant thank him enough for the hospitality. “Cannot thank Emma enough for her customer service at this store she was the most loveliest person I have ever met! After sending my engagement ring off to be fixed with the store I was unfortunately very upset with the outcome of my ring and the fix that had been done (not stores fault at all) I couldn’t hold back my tears but with Emma’s warm embrace she went above and beyond to help make me feel better and make sure I left the store happy. That being said Emma completely replaced my ring with a new one and on collection of my new ring I was completely surprised with a bunch a flowers from Emma to help me feel better after my experience the day before again I couldn’t hold my tears back but these ones were happy!
