   Located on the lower level of Merryhill near Primark. a wide selection of fashionable clothing for every event, great prices. Where most times the item is not in store it can be ordered to click and collect in store for free. Thought the advice differs from online to shop, the return policy is 14 days on full price items, return/exchange. Customer service is amazing and to highlight that I would like to say a huge thanks to ERIN for making the transaction easy and her friendly, knowledgable nature. I wound highly recommend this store and in general the online website too.

   Visited yesterday and was supported by a lady who really helped me with dresses and shoes. I also met the lovely Alicia who helped me looking for party dresses and supported me with some returns. Alicia was friendly, warm and professional. The clothes are great however the customer service makes all the difference and I would revisit again following meeting Alicia.

   Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team yesterday at quiz merry hill, I came in looking for an outfit for my engagement party and the team were so lovely and helpful, they helped me throughout and were so complimentary! Shout out to Hannah who was in the fitting rooms and her colleague (I didn’t get her name) who kept running to fetch me the other sizes to try on! Xx

   I love Quiz. I've always been very fussy about clothes and struggled to find dresses I like at a sensible price. I tried here in a desperate last minute several years ago and now it is my go to for parties and events. The price tags are amazing and the quality is great. I also manage to get jumpsuits from here which I can never usually get to fit me from anywhere

   Asked in store for their returns policy when we bought clothing and they stated 28 days (so did the sign in the photo attached). 14 days later when we try to return the items they tell us its 7 days for a return or 28days for exchange/credit note. Very disappointed in the service, feel misled
