I recently bought a watch from this Beaverbrooks store, and as per usual the service was excellent. I was served by Adam and he was full of knowledge and was kind and caring to make sure that i got what i wanted and it was the right thing for me. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy jewellery.
My finance and I went to Beaverbrooks for our wedding rings and we couldn’t be happier! All of the staff looked after us so well and made us feel so special, especially Karen who helped us pick out our rings. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable! Very happy!

This store has had quite a major make over quite recently. We went ìn to purchase a bracelet for a Christmas gift for friend and there was a tremendous range to choose from and the staff were so helpful, friendly and courteous. The bracelet was put in a beautiful presentation box and Beaverbrooks bags. Can highly recommend a visit here for your jewellery purchases.
I have just took a watch back to Beaverbrooks . When I brought it 8 years ago it came with a free service. I was first greeted very politely and professionally, the assistant introduced me to Chelsea in the Breitling department who would process sending the watch away. I have never been served by such a condescending person and can only recommend she goes on a full training course. I’m very surprised Beaverbrooks has allowed someone with such a bad customer service attitude to be in contact with the public at all. I walked out without the watch being processed and will think about my options
Always excellent customer service when we visit this store. We chose Beaverbrooks as we wanted to look at a particular watch for my husbands special birthday. They managed to source one for us and we had to wait a few weeks for it to come in, they kept us updated and informed when it was available to look at. All staff we encountered were friendly and we were grateful of their opinion and knowledge. Came away with a lovely watch and will go back again in the future.
