   I bought a nomination bracelet from this shop in the merry hill centre on Christmas Eve for a gift for my mom. After realising it wasn’t really her thing I decided to come back to the shop to return the bracelet the day after Boxing Day. After waiting around 10-15 minutes without anybody acknowledging me a lady finally came over to which I explained about the bracelet I was returning. She then told me they only offer exchange or in store credit which I was clearly surprised by as I was not told about this when purchasing the bracelet. I explained to the lady that I was not told about this policy when buying and there were no clear signs stating this as otherwise I would not have bought the bracelet. After going back and fourth for ages I asked to see the manager as I was not happy about this after spending £40 on a bracelet my mom didn’t even want. The same woman returned and blamed this situation on the ‘Christmas temps’ they had in and that they would honour it this time due to me not being told the correct information. I was very disappointed with my experience in this shop and I would advise anybody buying gifts to stay away as you will not be able to get your money back!

   I went into the new shop the other night to pick up a necklace. I was the only person in the store at the time with 4 members of staff present. When I went in I said Hi to a member of staff and got completely ignored, interested in doing something else. I then tried to approach another women who was close to the door and she looked away, not bothering to notice me. I was finally approached by Dylan who was an absolute joy to be helped by. He helped me get my necklace as smoothly as possible and was a lovely sales assistant.

   Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Initially served by Callum who was a credit to the store. Ring required resizing, just under 10 days it was back in store and ready for collection. Helpful staff who go that extra mile. Wide variety of rings, watches etc to pick from - would highly recommend

   I recently visited T.H. Baker and had a great experience. The staff were helpful and professional, especially Dylan—he was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right piece. It makes a real difference when someone takes the time to listen and offer honest advice. Would definitely recommend the store, and I’ll be back next time I’m looking for something special.

   Cannot thank Emma enough for her customer service at this store she was the most loveliest person I have ever met! After sending my engagement ring off to be fixed with the store I was unfortunately very upset with the outcome of my ring and the fix that had been done (not stores fault at all) I couldn’t hold back my tears but with Emma’s warm embrace she went above and beyond to help make me feel better and make sure I left the store happy. That being said Emma completely replaced my ring with a new one and on collection of my new ring I was completely surprised with a bunch a flowers from Emma to help me feel better after my experience the day before again I couldn’t hold my tears back but these ones were happy! Thank you so much for your warmth you are an amazing human being ⭐️

   I ended up visiting this store by chance today, as they had a good sale display window and I was able to spot a ring which my wife wanted. We went inside the store and was greeted by Phil, he was really helpful and has great customer service skills. He brought the ring out and let my wife try it on and also explained the make up of the ring. We ended up purchasing the ring straight away. Thank you for the great service Phil, keep it up :)

   Lovely selection of jewellery from mid to high price point. Lots of silver charms earrings and rings, very fashion forward and great quality from Thomas Szabo etc. Some nice designer fashion jewellery too. Staff were very helpful, and the store was easy to navigate in my power chair. We were buying a gift for a 21st birthday and knew exactly what we wanted. They hadn't got any appropriate sized huggy earrings in this time, that were suitable, but they knew their stock well and showed us some alternatives. Beautiful fashionable watches and long necklaces too. I would try here again if I needed something even if we didn't purchase today

   Great staff at this branch, after being judged by my dress sense at several other jeweler's it was refreshing that Phil gave me his full attention as soon as I entered the store. He couldn't have been more helpful from choosing a watch to adjusting the fit. Highly recommend this store and Phils expertise for buying a luxury watch.
