“We went to Diamond Heaven in Birmingham to buy birthday gifts. We were served by Baseem who really helped us select them. Nothing was too much trouble and he showed us all the different styles. He helped us choose a design which is a pear shaped diamond in a halo setting and it is absolutely outstanding. My granddaughter said it was her best shop ever. Another chose a pear shaped diamond in a simple claw setting which is stunning. We were so pleased we returned and were served by Sofija who was equally helpful. We are still waiting for these in anticipation. The helpful staff, quality and competitive price of jewellery ensures we will return to this shop. Thank you.”

COOKSON were very kind and empathetic and they arranged for me to have another one sent out as the courier wrongfully signed my name and put somewhere I did not specify. By far the best experience was the best with my friends with pure love and respect for those 2 hours, walked out with a rolex and a tudor, cant thank him enough for the hospitality.
