   Please be careful if you wish to purchase gold from here - brought a bracelet over 8 grams earlier this year, I took it back a couple of months later for repair as some of the beading broke. The first attempt of fixing the bracelet was not a good standard. I took it back and they resent it for further repairs, when I went in to collect I noticed it felt lighter. After weighing I came to realise 1 gram of gold has been taken off. Upon questioning, the male employees became very passive aggressive - AVOID at all costs. It’s not about the loss of the gold, it’s the principle and this place hasn’t got any. Very clever - my honest bad review has been drowned by fake good reviews in a matter of a day!!

   Extremely disappointing experience – unprofessional and unethical service I regret visiting this jewelry shop, as the entire experience was both frustrating and unacceptable. From the moment I entered, there was no courtesy or welcoming attitude. Instead of allowing me to browse freely, I was pressured to make a purchase immediately. When I tried to examine bracelets and rings more closely, I was told “do not touch, just look” — a statement that felt disrespectful and dismissive. The purchasing process was even worse. After I handed over my payment, the owner disappeared for several minutes without explanation. No clear breakdown of the price was provided, and the payment machine screen was deliberately hidden so I could not verify the amount. When I asked for a discount, I was told one had already been applied, but no transparency was offered. I was even pressured to use a credit card when I preferred cash, which felt forceful and inconsiderate. Later, when I requested a refund, the owner refused outright, insisting I must take a product instead. This refusal to return my money, combined with inflated pricing and opaque calculations, reflects deeply unethical business practices. Overall, the staff were rude, coercive, and dishonest. Customers deserve respect, transparency, and fair treatment — none of which were present here. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop, as it prioritizes profit over integrity and customer satisfaction.
