   Lovely store. My daughter and I went in yesterday (Saturday) to choose some earrings for Christmas for her mum and were helped by a lovely lady with fair hair who was greeting customers at the door (so sorry I didn’t catch her name). She was incredibly helpful in showing us the two sets we were interested in. We’re extremely grateful and will come back again in the near future. Thanks so much. :) Christopher and Annabelle xx

   My experience with E S Jewellery for our wedding rings was exceptional. The shop was beautiful and had a variety of different options to suit all tastes. The staff there were super friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to help us. We had a titanium ring for my husband which is beautiful and fits perfectly! For myself I had a bespoke ring made due to the shape of my engagement ring. Both Emma and Steve listened to exactly what I wanted and their years of knowledge and expertise meant they knew exactly what I wanted when I described how I wanted my ring to look to design my ring. Emma made a mold of the ring for me to try on, which really helped with giving me an idea of how the final ring would look. Steve then provided me with some images and was great with advising the size of the stones This resulted in a ring which fits perfectly with my engagement ring, and looks as if it is part of a set! Both rings were completed for us really quickly, and the whole process and service was amazing. For anyone looking at wedding rings, particularly a bespoke ring, I would highly recommend going to E S Jewellery. I will continue to visit the shop for future jewellery purposes, and it was great to know that they also offer cleaning and Jewellery repair. Thank you E S Jewellery!

   Recently brought my engagement ring to them to be repaired - of which I was quite anxious after another jeweller elsewhere making a terrible job of it and all but destroying the ring. The repair was done much quicker than expected, and upon retrieving the ring from the shop yesterday I can happily say it looks better than ever. Very professionally done, beautifully cleaned and replated. Thank you so much as I couldn't be without this ring.

   Very disappointed with our experience today, My wife and I called in to the shop and browsed the very nice jewellery searching for my mothers 85th birthday present. We settled on a lovely necklace and agreed to buy it. When we got to the till, we were told the price had increased from the displayed price by another £19 (very nearly a 33% increase}. I asked them to honour the advertised price which they refused, despite repeated requests. The Manager eventually agreed a less than generous £5 concession. As we were short on time, we reluctantly agreed, but left feeling completely taken advantage of. I returned explaining that, according to Trading Standards, it is illegal to charge more than the displayed price, but she was unrepentant. This will be my last visit.

   Amazing service from all the staff at ES Jewellery. I had a wedding band custom made to fit my engagement ring as I couldn't find one anywhere else. The service was brilliant from start to finish and my ring is perfect! The price was really reasonable and cheaper than we'd found elsewhere. My engagement ring even got a polish! Thanks, again.

   Had two diamond rings mended, reshaped, polished and one rhodium plated. They took just under 2 weeks to do which was below the estimated time and the rings look stunning, honestly they look better than they did when they were brand new! Both rings had a line at the back where they have previously been resized, that is now gone and they don't look like they've had any work done at all. So grateful. All of that for £100 I thought was pretty reasonable.

   We recently visited multiple jewellers in Lichfield to buy wedding rings. We chose ES Jewellery as they were friendly and professional when helping us, and had a beautiful pre-set design that we both loved. Throughout the process of our ring creation, ES Jewellery helped us choose the right stones to get our desired colours, and allowed us to add a milgrain edge. When we couldn't decide on the exact stones to use, we were invited in store to see how stones looked in the correct size which helped solidify our choice. Throughout the process, Natasha kept us up to date on what had been done with the rings and what was left to be done. The final rings were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted! ES Jewellery helped us design the perfect rings that had our own personal touches.
