The staff here were so nice and willing to go that extra mile for you! My partner brought me a gorgeous ring I chose from this store for Christmas and we was told a rough estimated time and date my partner could pick it up in time for Christmas. Although when he got there and was told the delivery hadn’t arrived as it was suppose to (he did go on the first day of 3 and this was a couple of days before Christmas), they told us to call the next day to see if it had arrived and if it didn’t by Christmas Eve and we wasn’t available to collect it our selves then they would personally delivery the ring after they closed! It is hard to find a chained company who have staff who would offer to deliver your purchase them selves out of work hours. I would go back!
My partner purchased my engagement ring from Beaverbrooks Solihull and it required a resizing, the staff sat down with me and took great care in making sure I had the correct sizing and was comfortable with the changes required with my ring. All the staff here are friendly and welcoming and very pleasant. They told me that the resizing could take up to 3weeks but I had my ring back in just over a week and a half and the repair was absolutely fantastic. Would have no issue purchasing from here again!
