Was actually recommended this place by one of my friends he bought some jewelry from here. So after having a good word about this place, I thought I’d go to buy a 10g 24k block of gold. The current gold trading price was £850 for 10 g this place offered me to buy the same amount £1058, drive 15 minutes into the jewellery quarter to Lois bullion and got the same ammount for £882 nearly £200 LESS then their price
Excellent service, honest and trustworthy jewellers with lovely designs, once left an earring to get repaired and forgot to pick it up, 7 years later I was able to retrieve it as they still kept it safe
Purchased a full set but they kept adding extra payments onto it and blamed it on tax or the gold price going up, when the exact same set much less in another local jewellers. Avoid at all costs
charges £700 premium tax for no reason and do not accept card payements. Tax thief. No wonder they were forced to pay 10k in fines in 2015 for mixing artificial silver and gold.

I have been to yousaf jewellers today and the customer service is second to none as usual. We have been using this jewellers for 3 generations and will continue to do so. My sisters are married outside of Birmingham and they still come here to buy their jewellery. Many intricate and specialised pieces including bespoke designs. Please do not be put off by any negative reviews. They are very honest, hard working genuine jewellers that are totally trustworthy and reliable.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!!! Bought jewellery from them, they charged me the double the price of the gold!! When you ask them the price they point to the wall, where they have written the gold rates, they confuse decent people with random sums on the calculator to justify their price. If you ask them to explain they get frustrated. The staff is rude and arrogant. I would give them zero starts but can't. AVOID unless you want to pay them double of what the gold is worth.
