   I found Nashad Jewellers on TikTok and after watching a few of their videos I knew they’ll be perfect for the ring design I had in mind. I had a chat with Hamzah over WhatsApp who made the entire process so smooth and accommodating from refining the design to finalising the details. I received my ring today and I’m genuinely so happy with it, the design, the sizing, everything was spot on, all without me needing to visit the store. Trusting Nashad Jewellers was 100% the right decision, and I’d recommend them a thousand times over.

   I would definitely recommend this place, I tried a couple of places close by and found this place honest and straight up with their prices compared to my experience with the other shops nearby. On their socials Nashad jewellers show their prices unlike other places they keep you guessing, which is a bonus and you know you can trust a place that does this. I’m glad I eventually chose to buy here, professional and friendly service was given. The prices are reasonable too in comparison to other places. I will definitely be coming back here and make it my go too in Birmingham.

   Went here for my daughters birthday present. She picked a bracelet which was slightly out of my budget. She really wanted the bracelet and the guy who served me actually discounted the price for me. This meant one very happy birthday girl. Thank you very much Nashad’s.    A friend recommended Nashad Jewellers to me and I have not been disappointed! They have been great from start to finish. They went out of their way to respond to me on their day off and helped me every step of the way when I had requested different gold pieces. I am very picky with my Gold and I find that a lot of gold workmanship in other stores always seems unfinished as it doesn’t have a clean look. However, Nashad Jewellers lack in no department, not only is their customer service top notch but the workmanship on the Gold itself is amazing. I have been to many Gold shops and had some poor experiences, Nashad Jewellers are one of the very few I can see myself returning to. I wasn’t able to come in store on short notice so I requested pictures etc and I received my Gold at home the next day. I would recommend everyone to come here as the pieces Nashad jewellers sell are beautiful, from their wedding sets to smaller pieces. I have no doubt that I will be a returning customer after the brilliant service I experienced.
