   Very unprofessional owner of Amyma jewellers, The owner is very rude. Charges double the prices that is more than the actual gold price, extremely unorganised and has no manners what so ever!! A man who doesn’t keep his word in the first place, negotiates the price over the phone and changes his mind when customer enters the shop! Very stuckup & lier ! plz do your research before purchasing from this shop. I advise you all to avoid Amyma jewellers... ☝️

   Terrible owner. My parents bought me bracelets as a gift and it needed to be made shorter. He told me it would take 3 working days and he took my number down to contact me when it would be done. A week passes and I havent heard from them. I called him and he was quite condenscending and dismissive saying ‘im too busy to be contacting you’ and that the bracelet suddenly will be done by the end of the day. I decided to pick it up a few days later as I was free and called them beforehand to make sure it was there. On the phone again was very condenscending saying ‘I already told you it was there’. A man who doesn’t keep his word in the first place about texting you when it would be done I don’t think has the right to make such comment. Disappointing please spend your money on gold elsewhere at a store that will honour you!

   I had to order a piece of jewellery...having been told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. I was very pleased to say I received it before the 2 weeks were up. Very polite and helpful staff. I will recommend to friends and family.

   Their jewellery was lovely and I understand why my granddaughter picked them specific items which they did purchase however the service they received in store was tragic. I told my granddaughter to pick out a present for herself and to let me know once finding something so I could send her the full amount. Before buying the item I wanted to speak to the person serving them. They were in the store for almost 2 hours and the guy serving kept telling them to wait even though they were the first people in the shop. When they picked an item he refused to speak to me on the phone because ‘he didn’t have time’ when purchasing an item that is £2000+ yes I would like to speak to the seller to talk about the item. Just because they were young girls on their own he refused to give them the attention they required. If my granddaughter wasn’t adamant they were the ones she wanted I’d never have shopped there. This should not be the service anyone receives. He knew they were waiting and still continued moving onto other customers even though she asked him for something a few times. When someone comes into your shop it is your responsibility to finish serving them then to move onto different customers. The buying was not the issue, the issue was the service. As I said previously the jewellery was lovely however the service needs a lot of work especially the way they speak and treat customers.
