   I visited Shoe Zone Perry Barr today. I am a physically disabled adult but have small feet (size 1) and always have trouble getting comfortable everyday shoes that I can walk in. I found some and the lovely lady working there helped me try them on - they were perfect, she then checked stock for me so I was able to purchase 3 pairs. She was chatty, friendly and very helpful, she really went above and beyond to assist me today - much appreciated!

   store always overflowing with customers. never seen such a busy shop. staff extremely dominant. a tall dashing bengali lad helped me without me even having to ask, excellent customer service skills. picked up some shoes for my grandads casket. sure he loved them. RIP Big paulz #freshcreps

   BE CAREFUL TRY OVER CHARGE ME I went buy school shoes. school shoes are on sale for £10 but they try to charge me £12.99. when showed prices tag then they charged me £10. no apology. stuff was rude.

   I brought shoes for myself from here for work and surprisingly enough they lasted 5weeks, but the customer service is nothing more than what I expected, nobody on the shop floor for assistance but it's only a small store so I suppose if you need anything you can harass the staff at the till.
