   This is a good outlet which sells decent footwear. Staff are decent and parking is free as this shop is located in a free but time limited retail park. I managed to get 20% over the black Friday deals on top of the already discounted prices. I would wholeheartedly recommend this shop to all and quality is key here.

   I needed a good pair of cushioned shoes for my new job, so I did a bit of research online, found an ideal model, and discovered they were available here on the outlet website. I popped in, and with a little help, found the exact shoes I was looking for. Tried them on... perfect. The whole process was quick and easy, and I got a good discount price compared with their main stores. Excellent service, great choice of different styles and really helpful staff! I know where to come now when I need new shoes.

   Unhelpful and rude staff. My Mrs was so pissed off with the attitude of the staff towards our little boy that she cancelled purchase of quite a few pairs of shoes she was going to buy at this store. Very impersonal service by the till staff. As others have noted they talk amongst themselves but not go to up customers to see if they need any help.Customer service is pretty terrible if not none existent. Honestly some serious training is required at this store if they want this business to progress.

   Fantastic customer service from Anne and Rukia, who helped me to fit my 18-month old daughter’s tiny feet. Unfortunately there wasn’t a great deal of first-walker shoe styles in store in her small foot size, so I ended up buying a pair from Clark’s online. However, I was so happy with the fitting service I’d received here that I went back with the shoes I’d bought online to ask their opinion on whether they were a good fit! They were more than happy to check for us, and we left the store so very pleased, my little girl included :-) Thank you!

   I purchased a pair of shoes for my grandson on the 2.09.22 from the Clarks outlet at One Stop shopping centre. To cut a long story short, he tried his shoes on, in his bedroom, but struggled to get them. I took the shoe back to exchange/refund. I saw someone called, Saz, she said the shoes had been worn outside and I couldn't have a refund. I tried to explain they hadn't been worn outside but she wouldn't listen and walked off!!. I contacted Clarks customer service and explained the situation, I was given a full refund plus a £20.00 gift voucher as a good will gesture. I was also assured that the matter would be investigated by an area manager. After this experience I will not be visiting Clarks outlet again, whilst the company is employing people like Saz, who don't know the first thing about treating customers.

   It's a terrible shame to see a great British brand decline to such poor levels of customer service . I know the company barely survived to keep afloat and from the despondency of the staff , who look depressed, the future does not look rosey. I went to obtain a refund or exchange but was given a barrage of reasons they were unable to do so . I will not bore you with all the details, far as to say I will not be going to the Outlet branch again . A great British brand on the decline .
