   Bought a defective pair of shoes from here. Sole was coming apart after 1 week of wear (wore each pair twice). Member of staff told me they couldn't issue a refund due to T's and C's. Avoid.

   I had a less than pleasant shopping experience here today. One of the store workers decided it would be appropriate to openly stare at me as I shopped. I find this to be extremely impolite. Assuming this happened because I came dressed in a casual manner. Either way, I will not be shopping here again, nor will I recommend the place to anyone. It's a shame because I did see a pair of shoes that I liked, and would have ended up buying. Gave 2 stars instead of 1, because initially the worker was helpful (directed me to the correct section).

   We go to pavers at West brom the staff are so helpful and cant do enough for you, the shop always looks nice and tidy thats down to the staff as you don't see them standing around...they even tell you about special offers as they walk round...as for the shoes I never seem to buy just one pair...keep up the good work xx

   I phoned the shop yesterday for a pair of Skechers bobs for my Mrs birthday and I said I would try my best to get there before the shop shut which I did and as I walked in they said are you here for the slippers they had them ready for me fantastic staff and thank you
