Everyone beware! I wish to give 0 stars. The lady working is very rude. I had a guest from abroad and he came especially for insoles. However the lady was rude and she didnt help! She said to buy them which we did and then after refused to assist and did not give our money back . Waste time and rude lady I think she is bad please Clarks review her

Good system in place when it’s a busy time of year where you get measured outside the shop and then come in for a ticket. We didn’t have to wait long at all before being seen to. Had shoes in stock for our little one despite her being a small size. Felt a bit rushed with the experience and to choose which shoes, however, do understand that it’s a busy time of year.
Visited the Clarks store in Merry Hill late on Thursday evening (2/5/24) after appointment at Boots opticians. Husband and I were exhausted but as he was having trouble with his shoes and Clarks is right next door I thought we should make the effort and see if we could find anything suitable. The young girl, I’m sorry I can’t remember your name, was helpful. She brought out sizes 11 and 12 for every shoe tried, as well as a choice of colours, and a wide fitting where it was possible. She even offered a solution, by way of using in soles, which did the trick for one of the pairs of shoes we eventually bought. She was patient as my husband took time trying on a few pairs - finding it difficult to use the small shoe horn. I didn’t want to help too much as I needed him to find a pair that he’d be able to put on easily himself. She was courteous, which is always a delight to see in young people when a lot of them are not. In sum, she was professional, and we both wanted to thank her for her time. We bought 3 pairs in the end: 2 shoes and 1 pair of slippers. The leather slippers are really cute and I can only imagine they will improve over time. Thank you for a stellar shopping experience! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
as usual staff were excellent, perfect fitting shoes for the kids. and at least 3 designs even for slim feet. very happy.
Good service and attentive staff. Could not find exactly what we were looking for, which is surprising as have purchased some great shoes from here in the past.
We went to get our 2 year old grandson measured for new shoes. The assistants were brilliant with him in particular and made him feel special. They measured him quickly and gently with recommendations for the best style of shoes for him and also which were in the sale so no high pressure sales. He decided on the pair he (and us) liked. Payment there was easy and staff overall were excellent.
Always buy my shoes from this branch as it has the best customer service . I was served today by a lovely lady called Kate nothing was too much trouble and I brought two pairs of boots instead of one. I will be back again soon as the whole of the team members excell in customer services with their positive happy atmosphere in store. Well done team Merry Hill
Chaos. Shoes and kids everywhere. Impossible to get the little one walking in hers to try them out. Some sizes not in stock, no-one told us about the hidden toy in some either. All that said, service was good, especially with the booking system, but order needed to be restored!
