   Had a horrendous experience with manager ‘Beth’ at Merry hill deichmann today. When I went to look for shoes she was so rude and doesn’t know how to deal with the customers. I wonder how she has been given this post. I will also officially complaint about her behaviour . I will not recommend anyone to go to this store , instead try other good brands which have polite staff. Zero star to this store.

   I was left waiting at the till for 15 minutes, after requesting a service I was still waiting. Then she scanned my products without word and she said sorry for waiting for the next people in the queue. So I was not waiting? Very rude

   The unbearable and relentless beeping around the till is absolutely ridiculous! Torturous and completely unnecessary. The poor guy behind the counter said "I get constant and agonising headaches, and I don't get much sleep"... NOBODY should have to work in those conditions. The shop should fix it NOW. Also, if you're going to have an offer on, why not put all the relevant products in the same place?

   The sales assistant at the till was extremely helpful to me and my mum when we came in last Sunday (16th May 21). I forgot to ask for her name which is silly on my behalf because she really does deserve a mention for how I was treated and looked after so attentively

   Got footwear from here twice and both times staff have been great. Second time didn't have my size in the footwear I wanted so the staff made me aware that I could have them delivered in the size I wanted at no extra cost. No problems with the delivery service and would recommend to anyone.

   Unable to find a size 8 pair of pumps - although there were several other sizes on display. Did look to members of staff but they didn't seem keen to offer assistance. Plenty of variety on display and prices are reasonable- they just don't seem to cater very well for ladies with large feet.

   Good variety of foot wear with reasonable costs. I am in love with some of their sandals, they were beautiful and fashionable, perfect for summer. I purchased 2 varieties of Sandels yesterday. Only problem is that they don't provide student discounts.
