Bought a pair of shoes 3 months ago and the sole fell off saying I paid £ 29,99 don't think this shop needs any adverts Wouldn't shop here again
Went in today to buy a pair of Skechers trainers. Only one staff member - the manager - and despite it being obvious that I was waiting for assistance for 10 mins or so - she was too busy to serve me due to her chatting on her mobile about the trouble she was having booking a two-week holiday on Expedia, as the prices were changing as she was trying to book. No trainers for me, laughably bad from ShoeZone.
I've always had amazing service here. But on this occasion a man called pheonix was extremely rude to me. Gave me a fake £5 note and upon questioning him about it as the ink was literally falling off it....he became very aggressive and defensive. I wasn't saying he did anything wrong i was just saying be careful check the notes and now can I get a genuine one! Overall this time was a terrible experience. I'd recommend the store but not him as a customer service advisor - terrible! He should be given a warning! His obviously in the wrong job!
This had to be the LARGEST Shoezone for miles. It has lots of variety albeit some cheap and some value for money. Staff were fairly helpful and it was light, bright and spacious which made browsing a delight. I ended up purchasing a pair of smart casual shoes and l wasn't even the intended recipient. I would recommend this branch. However this branch is going to be relocated to the OLD Bargains Buys shop and Aldi will be taking up the existing Shoezone unit along with the next vacant unit. There is no actual date for the completion but signage on the windows advises of this eventuality.
Shoezone Oldbury. Poor customer service. Everytime I have the unfortunate luck to come across the "man" named 'Tom' - his whole body language, speech and entity just spews negativity. The environment is just so cold and hostile around him. You ask him a question and his response is in a manner of rudeness and nothing warm or courteous about it. I asked his colleague why is he so grumpy and his response was 'Oh I think he has had a long day...' Welcome to life sunshine! Hahahahaha. We ALL work and we ALL have long days. Stop throwing the brunt of you having to work on other people. YOU work. YOU get paid. You are not doing ish all for me or any other customer that you choose to take your "work pressure" out on. Man up. This world isn't for little boys. Apart from 'Tom' this store isn't much bad - the rest of the staff seem quite nice and approachable. Decent range of shoes.
Good choice in shoes for a easy for kids shoes as mine go throw em like no tomorrow playing football in them at school so easy and cheap to get
The staff are nice however i have neen disapointed with a pair of boots and a pair of trainers that i bought. Both pairs the soles came away from the shoe..the heavenly boots lasted about 5 months before the soles came away and the trainers I had for only 1 month and the soles came away. Neither were cheap shoes. Management were undersranding and gave me a redund but i shall not shop there again. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS so you can return your item.
Visited today - disappointed that a pair of shoes I wanted were no longer available, however found an alternative for a little more money. Tracie on the till was helpful looking for the availability and was friendly
Nice collection of shoes with nice offers . Plenty of parking available in retail park. Couple of EV charging also available here. Nice experience. Store is maintained quite well.
An excellent and much needed new store. Superb quality and fab offers. Am very pleased to be able to purchase Clarks shoes at a discounted price. Staff are very helpful and friendly: nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
