   Shoezone is a fantastic store that offers a perfect blend and variety of brands of affordability, comfort, and style, catering to all ages.    Bad quality shoes No return Very uncomfortable After 2 mins buying of that shoes, they never eager to take their shoes back , which are super uncomfortable and giving lame excuses that you wore the shoes and go out from shop that’s why we can’t take it back and I wasted my money .

   We popped in yesterday (14-8-24) and found this to be an incredible store. We loved the new brands that were there and the cheaper own brands too. We were served by a lovely friendly lady who was very helpful, so helpful we came out with three pairs of shoes ... We only went on for one! By far the nicest and most helpful store and a great asset in a town that's getting better every week.

   Friendly customer service, very cheap shoes, alright if you need a one-off pair of shoes for a wedding. But that's it, don't buy from here if you expect to use your shoes more than a couple of times. I bought a pair of shoes for work, "the best non-slip we have" they said. I was constantly slipping on the floor at work, and when I tried to return them the next day, they said "you can't return these, they've been worn". How else am I supposed to know if they work for what I need? You don't exactly spill water on the floor in front of me while I test them. Not only that, but six weeks into wearing these shoes for work, three times a week, for eight hours (a total of 144 hours, or 6 days of constant wear) the left shoe has fully split down the centre, meaning the only thing between my foot and the floor is the gel insert I had to put in due to how uncomfortable the shoes are, and the size is fine, they're just bad shoes. The right shoe is on its way to the same fate. The staff are friendly, the company's policies are not. The shoes are cheap, and their price is expensive for the quality you'll get. The only reason you should ever enter this shop is if you need a cheap throwaway pair of shoes, and you aren't hoping to return them.

   Everytime I get shoes for my daughter's out of shoe zone they last exactly 4 weeks then the soles drop of them it doesn't matter what shoes you pick they fall apart within 4 weeks I now shop elsewhere for shoes.

   One of the only Shoe Zones in the area with a discount outlet inside, selling end of line shoes for as little as £1.99. Some stock may be slightly scuffed, or have suffered water damage, but there are certainly bargains to be found.
