   Very rude staff. Asian guy behind till is an absolute jobs worth. Ask a simple question and he tells you to hold on and pretends to act busy, when the store is very quiet then continues to ignore you when you are queuing to serve someone behind you in the line. Incompetent, rude and zero customer service (the Asian guy I am referring to) Will absolutely not be returning to this store. Senior management should address this as it does damage the brand and store experience.

   Very rude and inexperienced staff. Even smiling at customers makes a difference The lady with the hijab very rude and arrogant behaviour There was another rude staff member becoming very frustrated with me because I kept asking about trainers. I think she was the manager there The manager needs to train staff on customer care and fix her own attitude

   The only polite and welcoming person in this store is the security guard at the door. The staff seem uninterested, unfriendly, and look at customers strangely. They don’t offer any help, and it’s clear from other reviews that many people feel the same. Someone needs to address this with the staff. I won’t be coming back—and if this continues, it will hurt the business in the long run.

   I’m writing this review in honour of Charlotte, an employee at the Fort store. In all of the years, more than I care to mention, of shopping at various stores throughout the country I have never been so amazed at her dedication to customer service. She single handily sets the benchmark for all others to follow. She is the Jewel in Flannels crown. I will also be contacting head office to sing this girls praises. Thank you Charlotte.

   Went Fort Shopping Centre on my day off and ended up popping into here on an unplanned shopping spree. Flannels had some good designer wear and alot of items were reasonably priced. Staff were helpful and friendly too.

   Went in for a last minute present since I’ve been waiting ten days for a parcel from their online shop. When I approached the desk, the shop assistant , long dark hair in a half bun, asked a girl waiting beside the aftershaves if she was ok. The girl was on her phone and obviously didn’t hear her and the shop assistant shouted ‘HELLO??’ And ‘SPEAKING!! HELLO’ to the girl who looked up shocked that she was being spoken to like that . It was surreal. I then wanted to use a discount we receive the through our account and because the card wouldn’t scan and needed updated the girl with the red hair just refused to do it. I’ve been in the other flannels where they looked up my husbands account no problem and applied the discount . Really really poor customer service.

   Love the stuff here but customer service needs work. A donkeys behind has more character than the staff in here. The place is run by ppl who lack personality and charisma. When your spending alot of money you expect excellent customer service.

   Good selection of clothes and trainers compared to other Flannels I have been to. Felt like the only the guy on the door worked there as everything else there ignored two of us browsing. Found what I wanted and waited at the check out for about 10 minutes before anyone actually wanted to serve me. Woman seemed to not want to actually do it coming there then walking off and coming back after realising that I am actually a customer waiting. When buying premium product would expect a better customer service

   Flannels at the Fort Shopping Park we went last Sunday had been many times before had no issues but last Sunday I was made too feel very uncomfortable while my son was browsing the clothes the lady or girl I'm referring to wore a long pink coat and was acting like we were going to steel even my little daughter who also commented to myself how we were followed around the shop I shall not be using this flannels due to the fact of this issue so flannels should congratulate this person as its now lost a regular customer.
