   Saw the Ridgeline Hybrid Fleece at my local Shooting Club so on looking on the web found Warwickshire Clothing rang them up spoke to a most helpful man I am sorry I did not get his name after checking the stock level used their individual garment sizing chart and place the order . It arrived today under five days of ordering It is fantastic exactly what I wanted colour a fit spot on .    Purchased a wax jacket, but the wax washed off in the first shower of rain. Sent it back for a full refund and got the following responses: - The coat wasn't returned with tags so can't be resold so no refund will be given - The coat needs to be re-waxed periodically so this is normal After they realised that these points wouldn't wash, they decided to refund 12p so that they could mark it as resolved and refunded.

   Bought a coat and they sent one that was incorrectly sized. They refuse to pay for return postage despite the error, proven via photo evidence. Customer service then lied about how chest measurements are done, contradicting their own sizing guide images. Hoping PayPal dispute sorts it out. Avoid these chumps.
