I just got the perfect Tuxedo Suit at a discounted price for my wedding next month.. Mr Abs gave me audience to understand what I was looking for , and he shared helpful suggestions from his years of experience. I wish I can give more than a 5 ⭐️. I highly recommend!!!
Went wedding suit shopping, walked into this place, a man was playing on his phone i walked past him went around the store then he said "can I help you" , so I explained i was in need of three full three peice suits preferably, a navy and two cream, he said "you wont get much choices on cream" so he showed me a suit and I said yes marc darcy, I have seen one in telford but they said it can come in cream he shrugged his shoulders and said "well its independent as marc darcy dont have a store" too what i thought is bull as there is one in Salford, I was seeing if I could get them closer, so I said ah its okay ill go back to the telford store then so he laughed and I walked out. The overall vibe from him was arrogant. I advise shopping elsewhere as I have had way better customer scervice in other suit shops.
Me and my future husband popped into Suits Direct to try and find him a suit for our wedding, we had a rough idea of what we wanted already but Abs was super helpful and made some great suggestions. We didn’t feel pressured at all and the atmosphere was really relaxed. The store itself also looked great and well merchandised, very easy to navigate and shop around. Thank you again to Abs for all his help, he’s truly an asset to the business.
I came into store as a last resort as other shops in the area were not able to accommodate myself, due to my height and arm/leg length. But as I entered the staff were very welcoming and attentive. I was assisted by Anil who is an extremely knowledgeable gentleman and was excellent at explaining what my options were around the style I was looking for. Honestly really satisfied with the service and will most definitely be returning thanks to Anil. Thank you
I went to two other suit shops in Birmingham. Managed to find this shop, from the start- Friendly Service. I was approached by abs, very welcoming person. He had lots of patience, ive tried couple of suits on, he didn’t mind getting the sizes for me. I was there for two hours with my partner. Abs was honest and very funny at the same time. I enjoyed meeting him. I had to go back to drop some chocolates off because the service we received was impressive.
Excellent, attentive service. Staff don't 'pounce' on you as you enter the store. A good selection of budget to mid-priced suits. I purchased a 'Antique Rogue' two-piece, receiving an un-requested 20% discount for saying that £250 was more than I intended to pay. Definitely a place to consider.
Had great customer service from a chaap called Paddy, takes good care. Good variety of suits at reasonable cost definitely recommend.
Really pleased with my visited to this store today... We searched all the branded shops (Next, Selfridges, M & S ect...) Went into suits direct and found a multitude of quality suits, shoes, shirts, waste coats... With ties and cufflinks to match. I was helped and served by Derrick who ironically was covering from the Merry Hill store we were going to visit today before we settled on Birmingham. (Good job really as the Merry Hill store is closed for refurbishment currently, so would've been a wasted journey) Derrick was a true gent and assisted me throughout the choosing and fitting process... He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The manager on duty was also friendly and obliging advising me of the best offers and discounts available... Another really nice bloke. my shopping experience today was great... Given the discounted prices along with the fantastic customer service, I would definitely recommend visiting suits direct if in the market for as great suit... Save yourself the carpark costs and the long walk around the shops by trying these guys first. I'm really pleased with my Ted Baker trousers and waste coat combo... The cost including the shirt and cuff links was a little over £200 all in... Perfect fit - Fantastic quality and value.
Myself and my partner had a wonderful experience being helped out by Toni. Worked with us to cater to our needs which were pretty specific. Nothing too much trouble and I was very happy with her service. I wasn’t served by the manager but I observed his abrupt manner with staff members and I was glad he hadn’t approached us. A ‘please’ or a ‘thank you’ wouldn’t go amiss. Wish I could rate just Toni’s wonderful service but the atmosphere created by the manager was displeasing. Thanks again Toni!
