“Ordered a pair of trainers and unfortunately one was faulty so I emailed them regarding the problem. They were very apologetic and replaced trainers within 24 hours for a new pair. I genuinely can not fault them at all. Great customer service and prompt response from them. I would highly recommend this company and would give them 6 stars if it were possible.”

“Now that I am needing to help my frail, ill father in law with his Jolliman orders; I have found the site easy to use and to order from. The clothes are great quality and it’s really helpful that they offer shorter leg lengths than found in high street shops and at a good price. Claire at customer service, went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to return items ordered for choice, then purchase replacement items. “The most beautiful suit ever!! I received so many compliments on it, the work on it was so well done and intricate. I absolutely loved it! The only complaint I have is I had to chase the outfits arrival, but they made sure I had my outfit on time and even sent it directly to my house (I’m from Leeds)!!
