    All staff except Marni were useless. I asked a member of staff (bloke with beard who happened to wear a lanyard with manager on) for a size in a shoe and he totally ignored me as he scrolled on his phone. Totally unacceptable. Then when he finally responded to me, he sent the shoes I wanted to try on behind the till before I’d tried them on. Marni came to our help and had brilliant customer service and was very nice. Marni was working single handedly and should be made a manager.

    The staff at this store are not very helpful. I went there with my one year old baby in the pushchair and then I had to carry him in my arms because he was getting a bit fussy. There were like 4 or 5 team members chatting near the door while customers were needing assistance. I took two trainers to them so they could check if they had my size and the was a third one that I also needed to enquire about. I had my baby in my arms plus the shoes and on top of that, I was still pushing my pushchair around. When I asked one if them about the third shoe, the young lady said to me that I needed to bring it to her so she could scan it and check. They could have been more helpful and offered to go with me so I didn’t have to move around a lot with all that weight just for them to scan a shoe when they were clearly not busy and just chatting. And after I’ve chosen the trainers I wanted, she completely changed, out of the sudden she because very polite to make me buy an extra product to keep the colour of the trainers as white as possible for longer. They must get points if they sell those products, that’s the only thing I can think off as she wasn’t as nice and polite to me as she was when trying to sell me that spray. I used to go to that store years ago and the staff were amazing. Unfortunately, it’s not the case now.

    Terrible experience. Avoid this store . Very disrespectful team members, I had to ask them few times to serve us . Even though the store was really quiet and they wouldn’t even bother to serve us. It tooks hours to get us box of shoes

    Absolutely disgusted coming to this store. Such a big store and EXACTLY 3 staff members in the whole store. 2 staff on the counter who take 5000 years serving 1 customer and the other lady standing like a security guard at the door at 9:30am?

    I've had a lot of bad experiences with this company recently, so wasn't expecting a lot from this store to be different from the others I've endured. They seemed to have decent levels of stock, but nothing that really caught my eye enough to buy this time. Staff seemed nice and friendly enough.

    What a waste of time. The place opens and closes when it feels like it. It said on Google that the shop opens at 10:30 on a Sunday. The shop was still shut at 11:00. Tried to call them to see what time they opened and the shutters start to rise. When I put the phone down they closed the shutters again. Drove off at 11:15 as it was still not open and I had my 8 year old son in the car with me and he was starting to get upset.

    Worst Customer Service and Store Manager I visited the store on 22nd Dec 2022 and purchased a few items with my friend. Whilst paying for items we decided to change the colour of 3 kids' suits from grey to green. The lady serving (a white woman) at the counter took out grey suits from the bag. Whilst taking out grey suits, she took out the grey trousers we purchased at the same time. We didn’t notice that and paid £175.10 for all the items. When we checked at home the 1 item was missing worth £20. I went back to the store on the 24th of December 2022 morning around 9:35 am and spoke with the supervisor standing at the entrance. She checked my receipt and check the bag as well and identified the missing items. Whilst doing that the lady who served as on 22nd Dec came as well. Upon my asking, she remembered that one item was left behind and asked the supervisor to resolve it. However, the supervisor decided to check the cameras and requested me to come after 10:00 as there was no manager available to check the camera. I went for other shopping and came back around 11 a.m. However, they hadn’t checked the camera as yet and asked me to wait. I went out again for shopping and came back after a few minutes. This time manager (a black woman) came out and said that she had checked the camera and the missing product was placed in the bag first and never taken out. I gave her a bag to check herself but she refused and insisted that the product was in the bag. I explained to her and told her about the lady who served us at the counter. However, by that time that lady changed her mind and started saying maybe and she wasn’t sure if any item was left behind or not. There was a total of 7 items on the receipt worth £175.10 and the value of the missing item was only £20. I tried to explain however, the manager was not ready to listen and keep insisting that the item was in the bag. I requested her to show me the CCTV but she refused. I asked her what’s customer rights as I paid for the items but didn’t get it. She said I had no rights. People visiting the store make sure you check shopping before leaving the store. They don’t know anything about customer service. Especially the manager was awful.

    I’ve only ever visited this store once and it will be my last. No interaction or conversation at the till but more than happy to gossip with their colleagues about other customers which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I queried the price of an item and the attitude I received from a girl behind the counter was just outrageous; to say she was unpleasant and arrogant is an understatement. Everything was too much trouble for the staff, the fitting room floors were filthy with a pile of swept up rubbish outside of the cubicles- the whole store experience was just dreadful.

    Great choice and nicely laid out store, but store closed at 7pm and not 8pm as listed in Google Maps. Staff seemed in a rush to get us out, upon enquiry the trainers we wanted were in stock but as soon as it hit closing time they suddenly could not be found. Felt rather disappointed considering the purchase was for a child who was with me. Definitely can do better.
